TUITION INFORMATION

 

I am a full time Musician and fully registered Guitar and Bass Teacher with RGT@LCM ( Registered Guitar Tutors at the London College of Music) and I am based in Upminster, Essex.

I am also a member of the D'Addario Education Collective and have many years experience teaching Bass and Acoustic/Electric Guitars and Music theory to all ages.

My One to One Lessons are tailored to suit your own specific requirements and include unique playing techniques and theory methods that make learning an easier and more enjoyable experience, whether you just want to play in the comfort of your own home, graduate to becoming a band member or full time Musician, or qualify for Grades via RGT@LCM.

All aspects of my lessons are taught from the ground up, including good posture, timing, rhythm and music theory and also the importance of the role of both the Bass player and Guitarist within a musical situation, together with the building of your self confidence.

There are no barriers, if you are willing to learn I am willing to teach you, from beginners to advanced levels.

         £15.00 for half an hour or a full one hour lesson at £30.00.

After arranging lessons you will be able to visit me at Upminster Music Academy, Essex RM14 2TX  where the use of my Studio will be available for you, and where you can have access to Guitars, Amplifiers and pedals.

Although the Covid regulations have been somewhat relaxed recently, should you feel the need to continue to wear a face mask or would like me to do so, please feel free to let me know.

I also conduct online video lessons via ZOOM as well, should you require that option.

The price per online video lesson remains the same as an equal  amount of pre and post preparation work is still required, as well as my actual time spent online conducting the lesson.

I am sure you will appreciate that what you are actually paying for is over 30 years experience, and not just an hour or half hour lesson.

There are no barriers...if you are willing to learn I am willing to teach you, although I do request that younger students are accompanied by a parent or guardian during the lessons to oversee progress and be aware of the homework required etc.

My Students range in age from 7 to 77 years old, all of whom have varying degrees of talent and musical knowledge, and all of whom are all supported continuously.

I encourage every individual student to move forward at a pace which is comfortable for them, because I believe that learning an instrument should be an enjoyable and stress free experience, as well as fun filled and educational one.
I do not adhere to the "One size fit's all" approach, so I therefore design my lessons to specifically suit everyone  individually on a private One to One basis.

 

Lessons are available from 9.00am until 8.00pm 7 days a week, Monday to Sunday.
